Paint exterior and replace bora infested timber.
Exterior weatherboards and some framing timber that was infested with bora were replaced with new treated timber. Remaining timber was then treated to remove any remaining bora. Entire exterior was then painted.
All rotten timber was replaced with new and Exterior was painted, resulting in a happy customer with a quality finish.
Paint interior and exterior of house dating 60’s home.
Wallpaper was stripped in the lounge, master bedroom, hallway and stairwell. Walls were then prepared to have lining paper hung which included a light skim of the walls to remove any imperfections. The interior of the house was then painted including all doors, joinery and trims. Roof edge protection was erected to paint the roof and exterior of the house.
The house was completely repainted and dated wallpaper was removed and replaced with lining paper to give it a more modern look.
Renovate a dated 70’s brick home to be resold.
Removal of asbestos containing ceilings, strip all interior plaster and replace with new plasterboard. Extend bedroom and add ensuite to master bedroom. Change existing house layout to provide a more open living experience. Renovate kitchen and bathroom and landscaping.
Project is currently under construction and is about 25% complete.
